ZoneCo is an urban planning firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. They write zoning codes for cities and townships across the United States. Zoning codes provide the rules and regulations for buildings and neighborhoods, such as parking minimums, fence heights, and lot sizes. Urban planning and zoning are public health fields, and ZoneCo’s work reflects that.

PROPOSAL TEMPLATE

In order to get a project, the firm must send a proposal in response to an RFP (Request For Proposals) put out online by a township. This project is a template for said proposals. The template is available in all four brand colors to complement the aesthetic of the municipality sending out the RFP. There are 15 template pages, with some added or taken away to fit the RFP’s specifications.
